It depends. You may want to jot that answer down because you’re going to hear it often! Seriously though, an HR Consultant’s services will vary depending on the needs of the organization. Your Consultant should recommend solutions that will relieve your pain points and guide you through implementing processes and procedures.

My students learn strategic steps to take when writing resumes and how to feel confident throughout the interview process.
