I love to travel! While I enjoy going anywhere with my family, trips to Disney World are extra magical!

Our kitchen is my happy place! I love to cook for my family and try new recipes.

Our backyard is another happy place for me! I love growing veggies in our little garden, picking cherries off the tree and relaxing next to a fire.

I’m a youth leader at our church and teach children of all ages. Vacation Bible School holds a special place in my heart every summer!

I love going to concerts and enjoy all kinds of music! Some of my favorite shows have been Third Day, Marty Stuart, Del McCoury, Celine Dion, Johnny Cash and Dave Matthews. I still regret not seeing Elton John and Billy Joel when they were on tour together back in the 90s!

If I could be on any reality show, it would be Survivor. I like to think that I would be competitive and strategic, but the truth is I couldn’t handle the bugs or the weather!

Are you ready to learn something new or brush up on a subject? Our courses are created for all levels of leadership and some are pre-recorded so you can complete them independently at your own pace. All courses can also be offered live or in person. Current services are also listed.
Projects
We can work together on a project basis. I love helping organizations engage with their employees. I also love to help with employee onboarding, benefits, training and retention! Let's schedule time to talk.
Retainers
Retainer Clients receive as much (or as little) support as necessary. You will also receive free access to all courses as they are released, along with bonus content and video from guest speakers. Contracts can be modified as your business needs change.
